The main issue here is whether or not man has the right to create life. There are many questions to ponder when thinking about cloning. For example, cloning could lead to breakthroughs in science regarding cures for diseases like cancer. But on the other hand, cloning is experimental. Do we have the right to terminate the life of a clone if it is not developing correctly? And what happens to these clones? From a religious standpoint, many would ask if a clone has a soul or whether or not it is even right to create life (or destroy it once is was created).
