As long as the other 20 students in the sample said that they never pray, then we can easily find this answer.  The proportion is just the percent of the people sampled who do pray at least sometimes.A percentage is found by dividing the number of people (in this case the ones who pray) by the total number of people. So all you have to do is 105/125.  When you do the math, that gets you .84.So what that means is that 84% of the students sampled to pray sometimes. This means 16% never pray.  If you divide 84/16, you get 5.25 so the proportion of people who pray to people who don’t is 5.25:1.You could also get this just by dividing 105/20 — the ones who do by the ones who don’t.
