You must examine Beatrice’s two mini-monologues that she exchanges with Benedick in trying to convince him to avenge Hero’s slander:Is he not approved in the height a villain, thathath slandered, scorned, dishonoured my kinswoman? Othat I were a man! What, bear her in hand until theycome to take hands; and then, with publicaccusation, uncovered slander, unmitigated rancour,–O God, that I were a man! I would eat his heartin the market-place.ANDPrinces and counties! Surely, a princely testimony,a goodly count, Count Comfect; a sweet gallant, surely! O that I were a man for his sake! or that Ihad any friend would be a man for my sake! Butmanhood is melted into courtesies, valour intocompliment, and men are only turned into tongue, andtrim ones too: he is now as valiant as Herculesthat only tells a lie and swears it. I cannot be aman with wishing, therefore I will die a woman with grieving.Like Lady Macbeth, Beatrice wishes to be a man (not literally): she wants the public privileges of a man.  Like Don John, Claudio, and Don Pedro, she wants the ability to slander openly without punishment.  She wants the ability to take vengeance without impunity.  She wants the ability to be believed by only swearing, regardless of proof.Take some of these ideas and place them in iambic pentameter for your soliloquy.  Begin with a simple phrase (O that I were a man) and play with it.  Use anaphora (repetition) and metaphor (comparisons) to fill the syllable count.  Focus on a type of imagery, clothing perhaps, as well.  It is very symbolic in the play.
