In this chapter, Huck really does not interact much with Buck Grangerford.  But in the one time that he does interact with him, he manages to take advantage of Buck’s gullibility.Huck has made up a name for himself when he stumbles upon the Grangerford home.  He says his name is George Jackson.  Unfortunately, after a night’s sleep, he no longer remembers “his” name.  So he tricks Buck into telling him.  He tells Buck that he figures Buck can’t spell his name.  When Buck does, Huck remembers what his name is supposed to be.
