I agree with the previous responder that this question is not very clear.  Voluntary movements are any body movements that we initiate consciencously.  If I intend to move a part of my body and it moves, than the movement was voluntary.  Examples of voluntary movements are walking, running, sitting down, standing up, scratching your back, chewing, talking, etc.  If you really wanted to know which actions do we perform that are involuntary, that would include but is not limited to: sneezing, blinking, breathing, digestion, our heart beating, sweating, hiccuping, and shivering.  The human body is an amazing machine!
