Having a high BMI (body mass index) also puts a person at risk.Diet and exercise are crucial to heart health. A diet high in vegetables, fruits, and lean meats are all very healthy.Another factor that contributes to heart health is smoking. Smoking is very dangerous not only to the heart but to the entire body.
